![]() ![]() ![]() I didn't make it to the point where people are saying the cracks are show, but that's really just because of how I engage with this genre. I ultimately really like how pick-and-play the genre is. If it's anything like past ARPGs, I'll get the urge to play it again in a year or two. D4 had the most enjoyable "campaign" I've experienced in an ARPG, but once I hit 50ish I was ready to roll a new character (and then once that character hit around 40, I was a bit burnt out and went back to TOTK). I love rolling new characters, leveling them up, unlocking abilities and what not and find that gameplay loop pretty enjoyable, but once I beat the story and find a rotation I like, I'm ready to move on anyway, be it with a new character or onto a new game entirely. I'm just not interested in the "endgame" of these kind of games. See, I think we're just looking for different things in this kind of game. ![]()
